The website, EverythingBlueCollar.com, provides an online platform for members to participate in communities and utilize the professional benefits that can result for utilizing our services in the safe, friendly, and professional environment.
We invite everyone in the blue-collar, service, and gig occupations to join our website and become an active participant that posts content, stay informed, learn new skills, build professional relationships, and enhance career success.
Policy Changes
When necessary, Everything Blue Collar (“we”or “us”) will make policy changes that govern the use and activites on EverythingBlueCollar.com (“website”). Our policy pages have a stated “effective date” of policy changes. We will provide online notifications to members and visitors, and email notifications, as necessary, to ensure clear communication of website interaction expectations.
Reporting a Violation
We expect all visitors and members to participate in an appropriate and non-offensive manner, as well as following all applicable copyright laws pertaining to content. There will be no posting of inappropriate or illegal content, threats toward members, or other offensive content. Any such content discovered on the website by our staff or reported to our staff by other members will be investigated, removed, and the offending member’s account will be deactivated. Proper Conduct
We expect all members and visitors conduct themselves in a respectful and non-threatening manner towards all members and content.
Content Honesty
All members are required to use their true identity on the website, ensure all information in their profile is accurate and truthful, , and only share information that is authentic and real. A member will not deliberately post misleading, inaccurate, or dishonest content on the website or within and community on the website. A member will not knowingly or deliberately post a comment containing misinformation or misleading information into existing content.

No False Account
No member account shall be created as a fake identity or falsified profile. Such a false account must not be used for negative or notorious activities on the website. An account created in an honest manner with true identification must not contain false information or falsified credentials with the intent of being deceptive for use in job services. Falsified education, titles (such as PhD or “Doctor”), or certifications are not allowed. No member is allowed create an account using the information copied or duplicated from another member’s profile.
No Spam or Scams
No member may use the membership of the website to be targets of spamming. We do not allow irrelevant, obviously unwanted, unauthorized, inappropriately commercial or promotional, or gratuitously repetitive messages or other similar content.
No member or members may participate in any scam activities through the services or resources of the website. No member may post misleading or fraudulent content or comments to content with the intent to achieve financial gain for themselves at the financial loss of others.
Respectful conduct
Respect Privacy
Members will respect the privacy of other members by not requesting email addresses or other personal information, except within the services of the website. A member shall not disclose or distribute any data obtained in violation of any of our policies or agreements; disclose information that you don’t have the right to disclose (such as personal or confidential information of others, including your employer); or post or distribute content depicting children without the necessary consent from their legal guardian or parent. Do not use others' names, likenesses, or photos to suggest an endorsement of a product, service, or investment without their prior consent.
Respect the Law
Members must comply with all applicable laws, including, for example, privacy laws, intellectual property laws, anti-spam laws, export control laws, tax laws, and regulatory requirements. Scams such as but not limited to pyramid schemes, fraudulent content, promotion of illegal products or drugs will result in account termination. Such activities may be referred to the proper law enforcement agency.
Copyrights
The Company and website operators respect the intellectual property rights of all members. Members may not violate the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights. For example, do not copy or distribute (except through the available sharing functionality) the posts or other content of others without their permission.
Respect Our Policies

Interact Appropriately
No Hate
Members and visitors are not allowed to attack, intimidate, threaten, degrade, demonstrate prejudice, or discriminate against any members, groups, or organizations on the website or through and communications by email originating from the website. There shall be no actions of this kind based on or perceived basis upon race, ethnicity, national origin, class status, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religious affiliations, disabilities, or political points of view. Hate groups and hate speech shall not be permitted on the website or through any communications from the website. Do not use racial, religious, or other slurs that incite or promote hatred, or any other content intended to create division.
No Harassment
Visitors and members on the website shall not engage in any type of harassment or bullying. There shall be no use of abusive language, sharing of other member’s personal or sensitive information (also known as “doxing”), or urging others to conduct themselves in such manners.
Members shall not present unwanted advances towards other members. These actions shall not express desires of attraction, invitations for romantic involvement, requests for dates, no sexual advances, or lewd remarks. No posting of content that contains inappropriate text or images of sexual nature, and no posting of content referring to someone’s appearance or profile image.
No Threats
No member shall make threats of any nature toward other members or persons mentioned within content posted on the website.
No Violence
No member shall promote violent behavior or incite others to engage in violent behavior of any kind. The website does not allow content to be posted which incites, organizes, invites, or promotes violence or acts of violence to damage property. No content shall promote the purchase or use of weapons of any kind for use against any person, persons, groups, or organization.
No Terrorists
No organizations or groups shall be allowed to create a community for promoting or engaging in terrorist activities. No member shall invite, incite, or promote terrorist activities by posting content or include such text in comments on existing content. No member shall use the website for recruitment purposes for terrorist organizations, or promote the activities of terrorist organizations.
No Criminal Promotion
No community shall be allowed which represents organized crime or any groups that openly or privately engage in organized criminal activity. No content shall be posted which promotes, invites, organizes, or incites criminal activities by members or non-members. No content shall be used to promote or invite the sale or purchase of illegal drugs or substances. No content shall contain promote instructional weapon making, drug abuse, or threats of theft. No content shall promote illegal sexual activities, escort services, prostitution, exploitation of children, or human trafficking.
No Shocking Content
No content shall be posted that displays images that are excessively graphic or shocking. No content shall contain text which describes gruesome or horrific actions to be performed by one individual against another. This includes content that is sadistic or gratuitously graphic, such as the depiction of severe physical violence. No postings shall contain images of sexually explicit content or links to porn. No content shall promote suicide, self-mutilation, or encourage such actions.
